ls your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our piercing jewelry and earrings are made of lead-free G23 titanium, hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. Oxidation resistance is suitable for long-term wearing. Please see exact materials listed under each item.

How should I store and care for my jewelry?

We recommend giving your jewels occasional breaks from wear, and storing them in a jewelry organizer. Our gift box is perfect for traveling with your jewelry. To ensure a long lasting finish on your jewelry, please avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics. We recommend taking your jewelry off before showering, bathing, or swimming.

Is it safe to submit my credit card information on your website?

Yes, it is. We have never had a problem with the security of any customer’s information. The website is equipped with a hacker safe program that is monitored daily.

Why was my credit card charged more than once?

If there is an error message while you attempt to place an order it will place a hold on your credit card account. This does not mean that your account has been double charged. It is a pending transaction that will reverse on its own. One order cannot be charged twice.

In addition, if you are having trouble with your billing address, we would suggest contacting your bank to verify the billing address they have on file for you.

What information do the receipt and invoice contain?

The receipt contains the order number, recipient's name, order time, item NO. , size, and Tswift's contact information, excluding price and buyer's information.

The invoice contains the payment method and amount, the recipient’s shipping information, and product information.

How does my jewelry arrive?

Our jewelry will be individually wrapped in an amazing gift box/bag. We recommend using this box/bag when traveling with jewelry.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

We ship all orders through 4PX. Currently we only offer Express Shipping.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

We have a 30-natural day return policy, which means you have 30 natural days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a return fee.

What's your return policy?

If your order is not satisfactory, we will provide you with a solution immediately. Any unworn items, in their original packaging, can be returned within 30 natural days of the shipping date for a full refund of your purchase. Return shipping costs depend on the situation. Simply email sale@vojojewel.com to find out how to process your return.

How long will it take to process my return?

We will inform you after receiving your return, please allow 2 business days for processing your return. Once our quality specialist approves your return, for exchange we will reship a new item within 2 working days, for refund we will release it within 7 banking days to your original payment account. We will update with you by email.
